Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of I Do Fitness's websites, funnels, forms, coaching services, connected-device features and communications (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you purchase coaching, your signed Client Coaching Agreement also applies, and it controls if it conflicts with these Terms. 1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services.
2. The Services
I Do Fitness provides online 1:1 fitness and nutrition coaching for brides, including training and meal plans, coaching calls, check-ins, supplements and, where included, a wearable device. Specific deliverables, pricing, term, refund and pause rules for paid programs are set out in your Client Coaching Agreement.
3. Not medical advice
Our coaches are not physicians, dietitians or licensed healthcare providers. The Services are for general fitness and wellness purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Always consult your physician before starting any exercise, nutrition or supplement program, and tell us about any health changes. In an emergency, call 911. If you are struggling with your mental health, call or text 988 (US).
4. Assumption of risk
Exercise and changes to diet involve inherent risks, including injury. You participate voluntarily and assume these risks. You agree to train within your abilities, use proper form, and stop and seek medical advice if you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort.
5. Results
Results vary from person to person and depend on factors including adherence, genetics, sleep, stress and health. We do not guarantee any specific weight, measurement, dress size or appearance. Testimonials are individual experiences and are not typical or guaranteed results. Any program guarantee is described only in your Client Coaching Agreement.
6. Supplements
Supplements provided through our Services are dietary supplements manufactured by third parties. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Read all labels and warnings, check for allergens, and consult your physician before use, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition. Tell us so we can pause or change your supplements.
7. Wearable devices and Oura
Where your program includes an Oura Ring or you connect an existing Oura account, your use of the device and the Oura app is also subject to Oura's own terms and privacy policy. An active Oura membership (billed by Oura) may be required to access your data. Connecting Oura to I Do Fitness is optional and can be revoked at any time. Wearable data is an estimate and is not a medical measurement.
8. Payments
Payments are processed by third-party providers (such as Whop) and financing partners (such as Affirm). Financing is a separate agreement between you and the lender. Prices, payment plans, refunds and cancellations for coaching programs are governed by your Client Coaching Agreement.
9. Communications
By providing your phone number and email, you agree to receive calls, texts and emails from I Do Fitness about your inquiry and program, including automated reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Coaching calls may be recorded for quality and your own reference, with your consent.
10. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos, videos, check-ins and other content you submit. You give us permission to use it to provide and improve your coaching. We will only use your photos, name, likeness or story in marketing with your separate written consent.
11. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by submitting false health information, harassing our staff, sharing your login or program materials, copying or reselling our content, or interfering with our systems.
12. Intellectual property
All program materials, including training and meal plans, templates, videos, scripts, brand names and logos, are owned by I Do Fitness or its licensors and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use during and after your program as described in your agreement.
13. Third-party services
The Services rely on third-party tools (for example scheduling, messaging, payments, coaching apps, community platforms and wearables). We are not responsible for third-party services, which are governed by their own terms.
14. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I Do Fitness, Ana Villegas, and our coaches, employees and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any injury arising from your participation, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
16. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless I Do Fitness and its team from claims arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled as described in your Client Coaching Agreement or, if none applies, in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
18. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
